About Me
| Emma, the youngest of Laurie and Jocelyn's daughters has been working at Laurie Lawrence Swim School since 1999. She works in all areas of the business - teaching babies and learn to swim, through to staff training and administrative duties.
In June 2005 Emma graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Communication (Business) majoring in public relations and marketing. She excelled at University and graduated on the Dean's list. Emma’s main interest is babies and learn to swim programs. She focuses on staff training for these programs inside out outside of the Laurie Lawrence Swim School. Emma has been invited to present and a number of state, national and international conferences. Some including the World Aquatics Babies Conference in New Zealand and Singapore. Emma is a presenter for AUSTSWIM and Swim Australia. Emma said: "I love working in the family business. I have the luxury of variety in my job. One day I'll be in the water teaching, the next I'll be planning a promotion or organising a workshop. This is my job for life!" |
